If you have not entered your cell or business phone numbers that you may use to call for a taxi, please call and speak to an operator so your information is entered into your profile. That way you will be recognized as a KNOWN CUSTOMER when you call from those phones. And, don't forget to add cell numbers for children and parents so they can easily call from the airports or any other location.

The 800 # is ONLY available to use with our automated phone system and

TAXI ORDERING PHONE NUMBERS

In the past our system only allowed our customers to order a taxi for a pick-up from a land line phone. Now, you may also use your cell phone as well as other numbers of your common pick-up locations. They must be entered into your profile by an operator in order for our system to recognize them.

This new system will allow you to do the following:

• Confirm that your previously placed order is in our system
• Check to see if and when your taxi has been dispatched
• Change the time and/or date of your existing order

Airport number return phone 847-255-9600. Please enter and save this in your cell phone.

When exiting taxi, please check for your belongings and always exit curbside of vehicle when safe to do so. Watch for oncoming traffic and other hazards. For your safety never stand in front of, behind or in-between vehicles.
