Fuel Surcharge
$1.00 fuel surcharge will be added to meter rates on any ride over $5.00, when gas is $4.00 or more a gallon, except Senior Programs and controlled communities. $2.00 will be added to flat rates when gas is $4.00 or more a gallon, and $1.00 will be added when gas is $3.00 or more a gallon.

Automated Phone Ordering
If you experience any problems with our new automated system, please go to our Automated Phone page for detailed information. Please make sure your customer profile has all your currently used phone numbers and common place pick-ups.

Ordering a Taxicab from the Airports
We are experiencing many problems with the Information Kiosk at O'Hare Airport and are working with the Kiosk and airport personnel to get the problems resolved. Please order your taxis from the airports by calling 1-847-255-9600 after you collect all your luggage, as taxis are not allowed to wait at the curb. Please see our Passenger Information page for complete information.

$2.00 flag, $2.00 each additional mile to same or next adjacent suburb

Rate 2 (beyond next adjacent suburb)
$2.00 flag, $2.40 each additional mile beyond next adjacent suburb
