American Taxi along with other suburban taxi companies cannot be hailed from the airports. This is to control extreme over charging by city taxis transporting to the suburbs as well as unauthorized taxis that are operating in the terminals.

The TSA urges all travelers to arrive at the airport two (2) hours before domestic scheduled flight departures and three (3) hours for international flight departures. Travel times to the airports vary widely depending on day of the week, time of day, construction and other factors. American Taxi Dispatch, Inc. is not responsible for missed airline connections.

Because of availability, please place your airport pick up order on your app or call 847-255-9600 before you leave on your flight.When you arrive and have your luggage in hand, track your assigned cab on the app and you will also receive a tracking text to let us know you are ready to go.
During “peak” travel times there are delays caused by the high volume of traffic entering the terminals. Due to security procedures your assigned vehicle cannot, by law,wait at the curb for you. You will have to order another taxi if you are not at the curb when your taxi arrives.
O’Hare Airport Terminal Information
O’Hare International Airport and Midway International Airport are both located in the city of Chicago, Illinois. Therefore American Taxi Dispatch, Inc. taxis are not allowed to go to or from these airports and a City of Chicago address. www.flychicago.com (O’Hare and Midway)

You must pre-book your airport pick up ride as we do not stage cabs at or near the airport.
General Mitchell International Airport is located in the city of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Therefore, no rides are allowed to go to or from the airport and the City of Milwaukee. We offer low flat rates to and from the Chicago suburbs and the airport.

Proceed to Exit 3 in baggage claim and exit to street level. Across two lanes of traffic are doors labeled Rental Car.
